Mkat Solutions Limited adheres to all EU Distance Selling Regulations. We offer all our customers a 7-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases from the date of original payment, or receipt of the goods (whichever is longer) with the following exceptions noted below.

Mkat Solutions Limited can not accept refunds or returns on opened software that is not the original condition as to when it was received by the customer; this is due to manufacturers warranty and means the software can not be re-sold.

Product Return Procedure:

To return a product based upon Mkat Solutions Limited replacement/return guarantee, you must email our Returns Department at CustomerServices@MKatSolutions.co.uk and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number from our customer services team.

Mkat Solutions Limited will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. All products must be returned in their original condition as received within 5 days of obtaining an RMA number. Customers should display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product in order to allocate a refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for shipping any returned products to Mkat Solutions Limited. Customers are advised to use carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment, we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery service.

Customers agree to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customers agree that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging. If Mkat Solutions Limited is at fault then a full refund will be issued including return postage costs.
